La Capella is the space for the emerging arts of the Barcelona Institute of Culture. The exhibitions and activities show the great diversity of proposals by current artists. Barcelona Producció is an open call which promotes the participation of artists, curators, critics, researchers and other professionals through a selection of projects carried out by an independent jury. Its aim is to foster production in the field of contemporary art practices.
